To us, Cuba represents more than just a destination; it embodies family. As a woman-owned travel enterprise, we have fostered profound connections with the island over the years. Our presence in Cuba is not merely about work; it’s a place we call home, a place we cherish, and our relationships here enable us to craft exceptional experiences that seamlessly bridge cultures and consistently exceed expectations.
Cuban travel is what we do. We don’t operate anywhere else. We are Cuba experts.
Meet our Team
JOSLIN
In 2012, Joslin first traveled to Cuba as a tour director for large group People to People Educational Tours. After working as a rafting and outdoor recreation guide in Alaska, California, Oregon and Canada, and as an international tour guide all over the world, she began to realize that Cuba was a destination unlike any other.
Collaborating with her Cuban husband, a seasoned professional guide with two decades of island expertise, their travel experiences have evolved into the ultimate fusion of Cuban and American cultures, resulting in captivating Cuban-American adventures.
CAMERON
Cameron got hooked on travel after spending a summer in Africa in high school. At the University of Minnesota, she majored in Economics and spent summers traveling abroad, which inspired her to pursue a cross-cultural career.

ANIEL
Aniel was born and raised in Havana. He lived in Italy with his family from ages 12-19 and attended an English school in Milan. At 19 he decided to return to Cuba, and graduated from the University of Havana with a degree in tourism and hospitality, with a focus in Cuban history. He has been a tour guide for the last eight years and in his free time he enjoys reading, dancing and playing sports.
MARLON
Marlon boasts an impressive 20-year track record as a guide, leading both travelers and tourists across Cuba. His educational journey led him to the Pedagogic University, where he earned a degree in Education with a specialization in teaching English as a Foreign Language. Marlon humorously notes that he continues to teach, but now, his students are tourists instead of traditional pupils. Born in Havana, he carries an unbridled passion for introducing visitors to the vibrant tapestry of his city, its music, and rich culture.
YADIRA
“Yadi”, as her friends call her, has been involved in tourism for the last ten years. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish and studied languages at the University of Havana. She is passionate about sharing her history and culture of her country with her guests and has led trips all across the island. She has one son, Yadiel, who is three years old. She works hard to provide an up-close and personal experience for each of her guests so that they better understand her complex country.
